A native of the Poitevin Marsh, Michel started ornithology in Vendée in the 70s. He developed a passion for naturalist photography and became a professional. He started working for the LPO France in the early 80's in a small team of 5 people (250 today!). He became administrator in 2004, then treasurer until today.
